So as I blogged about my friend Julia's wedding last month, I would like to revisit this amazing weekend as her photographer Nicolette Clark has finally shared all 775 of her photos from the occasion! I definitely went through every single one and yes, I teared up a bit. She such a great job and really captured the happiness Julia and Rico share together now as husband and wife. I want to share some of my favorite photos that she did in addition to my design work! Seeing my work professionally photographed feels amazing! Take a look...
Hooray more engagement photos! Congrats to my college roomie, Lish and her fiance Josh on their recent engagement! When I received the text from Lish I was in New York City visiting my sister. I screamed at the top of my lungs and almost burst into tears! Such exciting news!
Over the past weekend I was in LA for my college Alumni weekend and not only did I try to get my swim muscles back into gear, but I had the privilege of doing some fabulous photos for the newly engaged couple!
Here are some other wedding invites that I had the privilege doing! This was actually my first time doing wedding invites! A great success, if I do say so myself...
Invites aside, this time a bit of photography...An and I were back on the job, wedding photo! We have another coming up in mid-December! In the meantime, check these...the venue was Tempe Center for the Arts! Awesome architecture indeed...
Julia's wedding invitations are out into the world! As for being my second round of wedding invites, I must say they turned out quite well! I hope everyone enjoys them just as much as Julia the bride to be has! I chose the papers, created the design as she was wanting to continue the use of the oak tree. I also tried to use a more natural paper within the invitations as the wedding will be held at a winery in Northern California. Now it's time to finish the remainder of the wedding day design pieces and participate as a bridesmaid in her wedding party! Can't wait!
Yet again I am extremely behind on my blogging, but here are a few things to get back up to date! A few weeks ago I was able to attend my dear friend Julia's bridal shower in LA! Don't forget, I did her save the dates and invites thus far! Be sure to catch the invites on an upcoming blog! I will also be doing a few other design pieces for the wedding as well. It is approaching quickly, I can't believe it!
Julia & Rico are getting married in September!!! Ahhh! So excited to be a bridesmaid, in addition to doing all of her wedding design work! Keep your eyes pealed for the real thing! Here is one idea I have come up with...which she really really liked, but we are going to do a little bit of a different idea...
My friends are to be married October 2, 2010! We did some engagement photos today. They are just too cute. Here's a small preview! Catch them on their website very soon...
I am doing some new things in my life on top of my day job. Freelance designing, photography, more freelancing, and more photography. Only this time we will be taking photography to a whole new level. Keep a look out for a new company that will be developing through these last months of what has been an interesting 2009. The upcoming year, 2010, has much in store...
One rather large project, slowly approaching, includes a wonderful friend's wedding invitations, in addition to other design work. I absolutely can not wait! Let the ideas begin...
Shot a wedding last weekend. First spring wedding this year! Tis the season for marriage and new life. Photos shall be up soon.
Easter weekend coming right up everyone. One week until Chicago! Happy Wednesday. Tomorrow my weekend begins. I apologize for slacking. Too much working during the week! I will have some things posted after this week and of course photos from Chicago after my week adventures! Good thing I have my 8 gig mem card!
My first friend to get married...I can't believe it! Unfortunately my D80 didn't go with me in fear that something crazy could have happened to it. Regardless, I got some pretty great photos. Here are a few that were my favorite.
The wedding was beautiful. Couldn't imagine anything more amazing. Congrats and love you both!
First dance and cake cutting=my favorite...
Favorite picture of the day.
