More Portraits!

Today I did another session of Holiday Portraits! Papago Park was the destination, and a great decision! I think they turned out great!

Thanksgiving Traditions!

Thanksgiving for this family has a few traditions that ha've been going on for as long as I have been around! Aside from my sister not being able to come home for the holiday, it was a very fun day!

Today started with a wake up call at about 8:30am to go on the annual Thanksgiving Day hike up Squaw Peak. Family and friends meet for coffee, photos, and the climb! When reaching the top...well let's just say it's always a party. Champagne, snacks, more photos, and more champagne! Luckily everyone seems to make it down the mountain all right. From my experience, talking and being on the tipsy side makes the climb down way shorter!

This years hike was very different from all of the previous years I remember, not only was it missing Emma, it was incredibly cloudy and overcast! Once the drink and food ran out on the mountain, we headed down and over to the annual football game!

The football game is never anything too formal. Like all other years, it was old guys vs. young people. The old guys somehow always manage to win, but only by cheating, that's just how they play.

After being active for the first half of the day, it was time to eat eat eat! There were lots of yummy Thanksgiving dishes!

I am thankful for...

Keane friends! Today we had a thanksgiving feast! It was filled with a few different dishes that were quite tasty! Definitely a fun filled Keane day!

We each had a full bird, poor guy, but it was delicious!

Holiday Portraits!

Today was the first Holiday Portrait shoot! It's always fun trying to get animals to smile for the camera! Thanks Tori & Chris for being the first customer!


I love this one! You guys look so great! The subtle artwork back their was a good idea if I do say so myself!

The littlest and best behaved. Oh and I absolutely love colored walls!

Tripod!

I really need to get better at posting something each day...or doing some kind of photography, maybe that's what keeps holding me back. Anyways, today I purchased my first tripod! Not that it's anything exciting, but the exciting part is, are you ready for this? Tomorrow I will be doing the first Keane Holiday Portraits shoot! This should be pretty fun, a few animals here a few there, and engaged couple, should be great! Check back tomorrow for some cute photos!

No portraits...but a first card design!

Well, I would have had some photos up, but unfortunately my first portrait shoot for Keane Greetings has to be rescheduled due to client illness. Bummer!
I recommend taking lots of Vitamin C and drinking OJ! Stay away from the changing weather cold!

Oh but wait...some good news!
My first customer, my family of course, will be ordering greeting cards from Keane Greetings! Here is the final decision!

I found a print shop to do the cards and am so excited to see the final product. Hooray!

Another Bowser Wedding!

Yesterday was the 2nd Bowser wedding! It took place at a beautiful venue in Gilbert, AZ. The girls were so fun to work with in the getting ready stages! Overall it was very successful and I am pretty sure we got some great shots! Here are a few of mine that I currently have. An currently has all the rest! Enjoy :)

A View from the Office...

She Makes Me Smile...

So you are probably wondering about all these animals I have in my blog...well this one right here, Tilly, is mine!! Animals are good practice for my photography since of course they move a lot! They are also just too cute to not observe with camera in hand!
